2010 NWC Conference Registration :

Please note that if you live in a country whereby you would require a travel visa in order to enter Canada, the conference will NOT be issuing any letters of invitation.  For a list of countries that require a travel visa to enter Canada, please click on this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp.   Thus, we cannot accept any registrations from these countries.

 

Registration Fees

The Conference registration fee is $295 if submitted and paid by 15 March 2010 and $350 if submitted and paid after 15 March 2010.  Payments must be made by cheque only, made out to ‘ELCIC  National Worship Conference’.

Registration fee includes all plenaries, workshops, conference worship services, refreshment breaks and the reception & banquet at Sage Bistro.  Participants will be on their own for all breakfasts, lunches and dinners (other than the banquet).  A listing of food service locations in the conference area will be supplied to participants upon arrival for the conference.

Cancellations

All cancellations prior to February 28, 2010 are subject to an administration fee of $50.  No refunds will be given after February 28, 2010, however, substitute participants will be accepted. Registrations will not be processed without full payment.

* Please note that the conference facilities are not in one area and will require several city blocks of walking. If this poses a problem, please indicate your mobility restrictions, so that we can make transportation arrangements for you.
