We are soliciting further support for the Conference to keep the costs as low as possible for this Conference and subsequent Conferences.
PLEASE HELP US
The organizing of this conference has occurred during the economic uncertainty of our times. In order to keep the registration fee as reasonable as possible especially ‘sharp pencils’ have been used. Perhaps you may be able to help us in some way to ensure this biennial event is a great success.
WILLING HANDS
Many hands make a quick ending to any venture. This conference is no different. We could use help with the following:
Organize Refreshments For One of The Four ‘Coffee Breaks’
While the summer beverage of choice may not be coffee, you and three of your friends could undertake to organize the food for one of the refreshment breaks. You will receive a budget of $500 to provide refreshments for about 150 people. Your church group may choose to use this as a fund raising opportunity for a local parish project. You could ask local parishioners to donate the food and your church receives the $500 for your local parish project. A member of the Worship Conference Steering Committee will organize all the beverages.
Are You A Shutterbug?
Pictures do replace a thousand words. Do you have a camera? Are you willing to be the conference photographer or videographer? Let us know.
Transportation
Some conference delegates may need assistance in getting around. We need three people able to assist in this task. A mileage allowance of 60 cents per kilometre is offered to help cover expenditures.

All sorts of things and services are needed to make the conference an enriching experience. Maybe you can provide:

INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS
Cash donations are always welcome. Every donation over $50 will receive a registered charitable donation receipt. Plus there are prizes to be won. All donations received on or before June 20, 2010 will be entered into a draw for one of four $25 certificates which can be used to purchase items at the Vine and Fig Tree book exhibit or one of four $25 certificates which can be used to purchase items at the Augsburg Fortress Exhibit.
